Terms and conditions

1. Minimum rental period is just 1 month (30 days).

2. We deliver to the anywhere in the North West, (Cheshire, Lancs, North and Mid-Wales Staffordshire etc.) Delivery cost £200.

3. Ongoing customer user technical support and Medical support from leading UK specialists available at no extra charge.

4. A fully refundable security deposit of £1000

5. Before anyone uses our chambers, we request that a medical form is completed – once completed, this is sent directly to a hyperbaric clinician for review and approval. A telephone consultation can be arranged to discuss specific protocols if needed.

6. Ensure that the chamber is in a well ventilated room with a plug socket and a window. A spare room is ideal. 

7. An oxygen concentrator is included with all our chambers – this uses the oxygen from the ambient air (the air in the room) so there is always a constant supply.

8. Our team of professional engineers will deliver your chamber, fully install it, and offer face-to-face training. We usually block out 2 hours for delivery and set up. 

9. We provide full training on how to safely use the chamber.
